The Roots Series is perfect for folks new to FUSF or Unitarian Universalism, as well as long time members looking to connect and grow within our faith and community.

The New UU is an adult education program designed to introduce Unitarian Universalists to our faith tradition as well as to congregational specific programs, culture, and opportunities. You do not have to be brand new to Unitarian Universalism or FUSF to come and explore this program with us. Topics include:

• Who are We? What are We Seeking? This first conversation is designed to introduce all who are interested to this program with the intention of gauging interest and availability for ongoing conversations.
• Unitarian Universalist Roots and Theology
• How We Grow: Religious Education, Social Justice, Philosophy and Practice
• How Decisions Are Made: Governance, Polity, and Membership
• Wrap-Up: delve deeper into some of the topics discussed in previous sessions
