Welcome to The First Universalist Society in Franklin!

We are pleased to have guests and visitors join us at our 10 am Sunday services. Our Sunday worship services are hybrid; you’re welcome to join us in-person at the Meetinghouse or Online on Zoom.

As soon as you enter our Meetinghouse at 262 Chestnut Street, you’ll notice a colorful bulletin board. Take a few minutes to peruse all the activities happening. FUSF is an active and growing congregation of nearly 178 members and friends. Visitors will be greeted by a member of our Connections Team at the Welcome Table near the door.

We invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes before service so that we can answer any questions you may have. A member of the Connections Team will gladly give you a tour of the building. If you have children with you, they will be invited to tour our Religious Education classrooms before worship begins, and participate in the program if they are comfortable doing so. Of course, children are always welcome to remain in service with their family, as well.

Typically, the doors to the Sanctuary stay closed until 9:45 because the Choir is inside practicing. Because we have gone paperless, you are invited to use the QR code found at the Welcome Table for a digital order of service. When the doors are opened, a Greeter will welcome you, offer you a hymnal, and help you find a seat.

We hope you’ll join us after service for coffee and refreshments in the Fellowship Cafe. Members and friends will be glad to introduce themselves and help you to learn more about FUSF. You can find plenty of publications about Unitarian Universalism on the wall display in our foyer, as well.

We are glad you have found your way here and look forward to seeing you!
