Sunday, May 5: RE Classes

Children will join their teachers in their classes following the “Time for All Ages” portion of the worship service today. Children 3.5 and younger may begin in the Nest Nursery, which is open from 9:30-11:30.

Ages 6-9: Perserverance: Working hard when the going gets rough is…well, rough! But success comes to those who keep going even in the face of discouragement. We will be learning some stories that illustrate this principle.

Ages 10-13: Prayer is a place to grow a soul. What is prayer? Is it talking? Is it listening? What are they ways that UUs pray?

Summer Services Begin!

In the past out meetinghouse has been closed for the summer, but in 2023 our community offered a series of lay-led services that were very popular and enjoyed by all! This year we will also offer summer services, and will also offer children’s activites/childcare on summer Sundays. There will be one class for all ages; children will generally play outside in the grove, hear a story, or make an art project. Services will be on: June 30, July 7, 14, 21, and 28, August 4, 11, 18, and 25.

Our regular Children’s Programs will resume in September.
