The Tech Team is responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks that make use of technology. The team runs the technology platform used for worship. Each Sunday the team operates the sound system and the Zoom platform. This system creates an immersive worship environment in the meetinghouse and over Zoom for those who cannot attend in person. The Tech Team, along with the Worship Committee, makes certain that everything proceeds smoothly. In addition to the Sunday services, some members of the Tech Team volunteer to help with technology for groups who rent the FUSF Meetinghouse. All that is needed to join this team is a willingness to learn new technology and work with the rest of the team to produce our weekly services.
