Social Justice at FUSF
The First Universalist Society in Franklin has a long history of engaging in issues of social justice: participating in UU the Vote, working to end food insecurity, standing up against gun violence, helping to resettle displaced families, working to end racial injustice, embodying the goals of being a welcoming congregation, seeking climate justice, and donating to various local non-profits through the monthly plate giveaway. In addition to the social justice initiatives embraced by the entire FUSF community, many members and friends of FUSF participate in their own ways in various other social actions. All are welcome to join in this important, fulfilling work.
