Let’s Laugh Today
Laughter Yoga is a fun form of exercise of playful laughter and clapping combined with gentle breathing that brings more oxygen to the body’s cells. This oxygen boost gives enhanced vitality, energy and a feeling of real well-being. When people laugh, they energize their bodies and revive their spirits. Laughter Yoga is now in 116 countries and there are thousands of laughter clubs in the world.
Any age (including children) and any level of physical ability can participate in this uplifting experience! Laughter Yoga can be done sitting or standing. There are no fancy poses. There is no joke-telling. In fact, participants do not need to be happy or even have a sense of humor! Participants leave feeling very relaxed!
