Bending the Arc Towards Climate Justice

Carbon dioxide emissions recently peaked at 420 ppm, a level our species has never before experienced. What’s it going to take for us to stop racing towards a global catastrophe while bending the arc of the physical and moral universe towards climate resiliency and justice?

Rev. Cindy Davidson is the Executive Director of Massachusetts Interfaith Power and Light, and previously served two UU congregations in Westchester County, NY. She is the past Board Chair of the Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Earth, a GreenFaith Fellow, and a longtime member of First Parish in Lexington. She earned her MDiv from the Meadville Lombard Theological School and a BMusic from the Mannes College of Music. She believes in the restorative power of nature and in the creative potential of people of faith working together, within and beyond their congregations, for environmental and climate justice.
