Celebrate Earth Day!

Join us after the service on Sunday, April 21st and celebrate Earth Day by learning about the importance of native plants! We will start at 11:15 am to give everyone time to get coffee and snacks. Steve Derdiarian (Landscape Architect) and Stirling Cousins (Master Naturalist) will give a presentation and then we will have time for questions (45 minutes to one hr).

Conversations on Walden

Join us as we read and discuss 8 chapters in Walden, by Henry David Thoreau, focusing on how Thoreau’s ideas relate to the ways we may choose to live in the twenty-first century.  Bobbi Gerlits and Ann Parsley will be facilitating this Adult RE class. The class will meet in-person at the FUSF meetinghouse from 2–3:30 pm on 7 consecutive Sunday afternoons: February 11, 18, and 25; March 3, 10, 17, and 24.
