FUSF RE Events
Our FUSF Religious Education program for our children and youth is filled with loads of active fun events and socializing, thanks to parents and volunteers who make our RE program extra special. Join us on Sunday, December 21st for a very special holiday service and support our hardworking performers and volunteers. December 21st: This year’s holiday pageant will be a celebration of the Winter Solstice. It will feature a folktale and children’s stories that reconnect us with the ancient customs of the Longest Night… with some singing angels and cute little animals, too. What pageant would be complete without those?
Barbara Aspland-Wolf is our coordinator once more, with the help of Michele Kelly on musical duties. All children can participate, either onstage or off, and adults help behind the scenes.
Oct. 25, Saturday, from 5:30-8:30 pm, our annual FUSF Spooktacular offered a night of fun, frolic and frights, sponsored by the RE Team. The evening featured one party for younger children, and another for older kids. Everyone enjoyed food, music, dancing, games and arts and crafts for all ages, and even a “Spooky Walk!”
