For Hiking PageAttention Hiking Enthusiasts: May 30 Next Hike

The next hike of the FUSF Hiking Group is being held on Saturday, May 30. This one will be more strenuous than the previous hike. See details below:

We will take the Blue Skyline trail up Buck Hill, then follow the Red Dot trail back. The hike is approximately 4 miles, and includes going up and down 3 steep, rocky hills (the Skyline part of the hike): Buck (492′), Boyce (377′), and Tucker (436′). There is a nice view of the Boston skyline from Buck Hill. The Red Dot trail is mostly flat with some inclines (not hills). This hike should take approximately 2 hours to complete, depending on our pace. We should be back around 1pm for those who want to go to the memorial service. Please bring water, hiking boots and snacks. Rain cancels.
