We Put The FUN In Fundraising at FUSF
The Fund Raising Team, chaired by Katie Nunes, does an incredible job of raising funds for FUSF all year long! They meet monthly from September until June, planning new ways to raise money.

Funds are raised at our FUSF Food Store, available after each worship service. You can buy Stop & Shop and Shaw’s gift cards, and order organic coffee, tea, hot chocolate and chocolate. A portion of all sales go back to FUSF.
Another regular fundraiser is our book swap that takes place once a month after service. Members bring books to swap. After the swap is over, the books are moved to the “Recycle That” bin in the parking lot (an on-going fundraiser). This vendor also accepts clothing, shoes and linens and FUSF is paid by the weight of items in the bin. Check out recyclethat.com to find out what else they will accept.
One of our favorite annual fundraisers is the Chestnut Street Revue where the talented musical members of our congregation get up onstage and display their talents. FUSF has four adult garage bands, one female trio, several solo musicians and for the first time this year, a gifted daughter and dad act. Our own Bo Kinney was the host, with his witty banter and friendly, crowd-pleasing style.
Our fundraisers not only bring in money to supplement this spiritual community’s budget, they are also loads of fun for all of our UU’s!
For 2014-2015, FUSF held these fundraisers:
