First Universalist Society in Franklin

December 6th
A Charlie Brown Christmas in Franklin
Presented by the Heather Pierson Quartet
8 p.m.
$20/$50 max per family

This concert is a fundraiser for the First Universalist Society in Franklin. You’ve seen the TV show and you love the music. Please invite your friends. All proceeds from this event go to FUSF.

The Heather Pierson Quartet (Heather Pierson, piano and vocals; Joe Aliperti, alto & tenor saxes; Shawn Nadeau, bass; Matty Bowman, drums) will present the musical soundtrack of A Charlie Brown Christmas as performed by the Vince Guaraldi Trio, plus other holiday classics and favorites.

The Circle of Friends Coffeehouse is a non-profit organization affiliated with Franklin’s First Universalist Society. Concerts are presented in a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment at the Society’s handicapped accessible Meetinghouse, 262 Chestnut St. in Franklin, and begin at 8 p.m.; doors open at 7:30 p.m. Beverages and gourmet desserts will be available. Please call (508)528-2541 or visit to purchase tickets or for more information.

The Fundraising Committee is looking for bakers and volunteers for the bake table at the concert.  All proceeds from the bake table also go to FUSF. So if there is a dessert you love making or want to try something new, please whip out the bake pans and  donate to this fundraiser!  We will also need volunteers to help with the bake table, come early to setup, cleanup, etc.

The bake table is fun… no experience necessary! Please contact Karen Grant or Katie Nunes if you are able to bake or volunteer time.  If you aren’t able, you can help by sending  the info about the concert to all of your friends and family.
